Rules of the prize draw “Moov”

ARTICLE 1 Name

The limited company Foyer Assurances S.A., established and having its registered office at 12, rue Léon Laval, L-3372 LEUDELANGE, registered in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B34237, represented by its Board of Directors currently in office, is organising a competition entitled ‘MOOV’.

ARTICLE 2 Duration

The free competition will be open from 08 May 2025 and will end on 31 May 2025. The draw will take place on Friday 06 June 2025 under the supervision of Mr Geoffrey GALLE, Huissier de justice associé à Luxembourg.

Foyer Assurances S.A. reserves the right to extend the duration of the competition, which may not go beyond the date set for the draw.

ARTICLE 3 Participation and progress of the game

The competition is open to anyone who, during the period specified in Article 2, has cumulatively:

  • purchased a used vehicle (a vehicle that has previously had a first owner) from one of our 19 participating garages listed below:

  • registered for our competition via the dedicated page.

Once these cumulative conditions have been met, the purchaser of a used vehicle in one of our participating garages will automatically be included on the list of people taking part in the competition.

In addition, this participation is nominative, unipersonal and limited to people aged 18 or over.

Access to the game is forbidden to employees and insurance intermediaries of Foyer Group companies and members of their direct family.

Only one participation per player will be taken into account during the contest period. Participation in this competition implies unreserved acceptance of these rules and compliance with the laws and regulations in force in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

ARTICLE 4 Modification

Foyer Assurances S.A. reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to extend, suspend, cancel or interrupt the competition referred to in Article 1.

Foyer Assurances S.A. may not be held liable by the participant or by any other person.

ARTICLE 5 Principle of the competition

This competition is offered on a one-off basis with the aim of reimbursing one winner, selected at random, for the purchase of a used vehicle bought in one of our 19 participating garages (see list in article 3) between 08 May and 31 May 2025.

The winner will therefore be reimbursed to their bank account for the purchase price of their used vehicle, up to a maximum amount of 35,000 euros.

The items to be provided for reimbursement are: a copy of the insurance quote, the vehicle purchase invoice (dating from the period between 08 May and 31 May 2025) in the winner’s name, proof of purchase also in the winner’s name (bank statement) and a bank account number in the winner’s name.

The future winner expressly acknowledges and accepts that Foyer Assurances S.A. may publish his/her name in order to promote the result of the competition on its website and on the social networks for which Foyer Assurances S.A. has an account or an official page. 

ARTICLE 6 Allocation of the prize

The winner will be selected by random draw and will be notified by Foyer Assurances S.A. of the win by e-mail. The e-mail address used will be the one provided by the candidate when registering for the competition on the dedicated page. This address must still be valid so that the winner can be informed. If the winner does not come forward within five working days of being notified of the prize to confirm his/her wish to dispose of it, a second draw will determine a new winner.

Upon notification of the prize, the winner will have until 27 June 2025 to send Foyer Assurances S.A. at the following email address: marketing-communication@foyer.lu the documents listed below:

  • A copy of the car insurance quote, made via the car rate calculator on moov.lu, in the winner’s name.
  • The invoice for the purchase of the vehicle dating from the period between 08 May and 31 May 2025 in one of our 19 participating garages in the winner’s name.
  • Proof of purchase in the winner’s name (bank statement).
  • The full IBAN and BIC details of the bank account to which the winner wishes Foyer Assurances S.A. to pay the prize. The holder of the bank account must be the same person as the person who was drawn and purchased the used vehicle.

Foyer Assurances S.A. reserves the right to refuse the prize to the winner in the absence of a valid e-mail address or complete information within the stipulated period, or in the event that certain conditions are not met, stating the reasons for its decision.

Foyer Assurances S.A. undertakes not to sell, exchange or communicate to third parties, other than companies of the Foyer Group, the personal data of participants.

ARTICLE 7 Prize

A winner will be reimbursed the purchase price of his/her used vehicle acquired from one of our 19 participating garages between 08 May and 31 May 2025, it being understood that the amount of the reimbursement may not exceed 35,000 euros.

The prize awarded may not be contested in any way whatsoever, nor may its equivalent value be given in any other form whatsoever, nor may it be replaced or exchanged for any reason whatsoever.

ARTICLE 8 Promotion

Foyer Assurances S.A. reserves the right to publish the name and photograph of the winners for advertising or public relations purposes, without remuneration other than that of the prize won. Any winner who objects to the use of his/her name and photograph for advertising or public relations purposes must inform Foyer Assurances S.A. by means of a simple letter or e-mail sent to the latter within 15 days of the announcement of the results.

ARTICLE 9 Communication

Unless otherwise stipulated in these rules, any communication relating to this competition must be sent by e-mail to the following address: marketing-communication@foyer.lu

ARTICLE 10 Protection of personal data

Participants authorise Foyer Assurances S.A. and the other companies in the Foyer Group to record, store and electronically process the data collected during participation in the prize draw in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Act of 1 August 2018 organising the National Data Protection Commission and implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The data thus communicated by participants is strictly confidential and for the exclusive use of Groupe Foyer.

The data will be kept for the duration of this competition and for a maximum period of 6 months after the prize has been awarded to the winner, it being understood that publication on any social network will not be deleted after these 6 months (and will remain published publicly) unless the winner expressly requests deletion.

Any Participant also has the right to access, rectify, limit and delete data concerning him/her by contacting the following e-mail address: contact@foyer.lu or by post at the address mentioned in Article 1. It is specified in this respect that any request to delete this data by any means whatsoever during the duration of the competition may result in the cancellation of registration for the competition.

ARTICLE 11 Jurisdiction and applicable law

The relationship between Foyer Assurances S.A. and the participants in this competition is subject to Luxembourg law.

The courts of Luxembourg shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the proposed competition, Foyer Assurances S.A. being however entitled to bring the dispute before any other court which, in the absence of the above choice of jurisdiction, would normally have jurisdiction over the participant.

A copy of these rules may be obtained free of charge on simple request, throughout the duration of the game, by post addressed to Foyer Assurances whose registered office is located at 12, rue Léon Laval L-3372 Leudelange or by email to the following address: marketing-communication@foyer.lu.
