What can I do in the Client Area for people in my household?

You must first send a login request to your household members to be able to access their Client Area.
Once the request is accepted, you can switch from one account to another with one click.
For members who have accepted your request, you can view:

  • Policies
  • Bills
  • Documents
  • Claim status
  • Healthcare reimbursement request status

Simply make an access request on the “Household” page in “Settings”. If someone is missing from your household, inform your agent for an update.
If you can’t make a login request, it may be that the person isn’t eligible for sharing.

ℹ Info

It is possible to switch from one account to another only on the website https://myfoyer.lu From now on, the policies and documents of a member of your household will be available from the list of policies without changing user. This feature is not available for “Mr and Mrs” accounts. Please create your individual account specific to you. Contact your agent for more information.
