Rules of the prize draw “Newcomers”
ARTICLE 1 – Name
Foyer Assurances S.A., a public limited company with registered office at 12, rue Léon Laval, L-3372 LEUDELANGE, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B34267, represented by its current Board of Directors, is organising a contest entitled “Newcomers: Luggage Set”.
ARTICLE 2 – Duration
The contest “Newcomers: Luggage Set” will run from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
Draws will take place on the first Tuesday of the following month.
ARTICLE 3 – Participation and Procedure
The contest is free of charge and without any purchase obligation. Participation is personal and limited to individuals aged 18 or over who have been living in Luxembourg for less than 12 months.
Only one entry per person will be considered per contest period.
To enter, simply visit https://www.foyer.lu/fr/action-marketing/concours/newcomer and complete the contact form.
Participation implies full acceptance of these rules and compliance with the laws and regulations in force in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
The winner agrees to collect the prize from their agent or the nearest Foyer agency during opening hours, Monday to Friday.
ARTICLE 4 – Modification
Foyer Assurances S.A. reserves the right to extend, suspend or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
Foyer Assurances S.A. cannot be held liable for this by the participant or any other person.
ARTICLE 5 – Contest Principle
The contest “Newcomers: Luggage Set” is held monthly and awards one winner, selected at random, an American Tourister luggage set.
Winners expressly acknowledge and accept that Foyer Assurances S.A. may publish their name to promote the contest results on its website and official social media pages.
ARTICLE 6 – Prize Allocation
Winners will be selected by random draw and notified by Foyer Assurances S.A. via email.
Providing a valid email address is mandatory. If the winner does not respond within five working days, a second draw will determine a new winner.
Upon notification, winners have 5 days to confirm their prize by emailing marketing-communication@foyer.lu
Foyer Assurances S.A. undertakes not to sell, exchange or disclose participants’ personal data to third parties other than companies within the Foyer Group.
ARTICLE 7 – Prizes
- An American Tourister luggage set consisting of one suitcase (55 cm, 36 L, value €159) and one suitcase (67 cm, 66.5 L, value €179).
The prize cannot be contested, exchanged, replaced or converted into cash.
ARTICLE 8 – Promotion
Foyer Assurances S.A. reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and photo for advertising or PR purposes without any remuneration other than the prize. Any winner who objects must notify Foyer Assurances S.A. by letter or email within 15 days of the announcement.
ARTICLE 9 – Communication
All communication regarding the contest must be sent by email to marketing-communication@foyer.lu
ARTICLE 10 – Personal Data Protection
Participants authorise Foyer Assurances S.A. and other Foyer Group companies to record, store and process data collected during participation in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Luxembourg law of 1 August 2018.
Data will be kept for the duration of the contest and up to 6 months after prize delivery. Social media posts will remain public unless the winner requests removal.
Participants may request access, rectification, deletion, portability or object to processing free of charge by letter or email.
ARTICLE 11 – Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Relations between Foyer Assurances S.A. and contest participants are governed by Luxembourg law.
Luxembourg courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
ARTICLE 12 – Availability of Rules
A copy of these rules can be obtained free of charge during the contest period by writing to Foyer Assurances, 12, rue Léon Laval, L-3372 Leudelange or by emailing marketing-communication@foyer.lu.
