RULES OF THE COMPETITION “MOOV: WIN 3 MONTHS OF INSURANCE”

AARTICLE 1 – ORGANISATION
Foyer Assurances S.A., a public limited company with its registered office at 12, rue Léon Laval, L-3372 Leudelange, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B34267, is organising a competition entitled “Moov: win 3 months of insurance” (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”).

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The Competition is open to any natural person of legal age residing in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with the exception of:

employees and insurance intermediaries of companies within the Foyer Group;
members of their family living under the same roof.

Participation in the Competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

ARTICLE 3 – DURATION
The free Competition will run from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
Draws will take place every four months, on the first Monday of the relevant month.

ARTICLE 4 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
To enter, the candidate must complete the form available on the CFC competition page (https://www.foyer.lu/fr/action-marketing/concours/cfc/) during the period defined in Article 3.
Participation is nominative, personal and reserved for persons aged at least 18. Only one entry per person will be accepted for the entire duration of the Competition.

The winner undertakes to take out a Moov Gold insurance policy within six (6) months following notification of the prize. Foyer Assurances S.A. will reimburse the first three (3) months in the form of cashback.

ARTICLE 5 – AMENDMENT
Foyer Assurances S.A. reserves the right to extend, suspend or terminate the Competition at any time and without prior notice.
Participants shall not hold Foyer Assurances S.A. liable in this respect.

ARTICLE 6 – NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZE
Each draw will designate one (1) winner, who will receive three (3) months of free Moov Gold insurance, with a total maximum value of €675.
The prize cannot be contested, exchanged, replaced or converted into cash.

ARTICLE 7 – AWARDING OF THE PRIZE
Winners will be notified by email to the address provided at registration.
From the date of this notification, the winner will have five (5) working days to confirm acceptance of the prize. Failure to confirm within this period will result in Foyer Assurances S.A. conducting a new draw to select another winner.

The winner must send to Foyer Assurances S.A., within six (6) months, to marketing-communication@foyer.lu:

a copy of the Moov Gold car insurance contract in their name; and
their bank details (IBAN and BIC) for the cashback payment.

Failure to respond or provide complete documents within the deadlines may result in refusal of the prize.

ARTICLE 8 – PROMOTION AND PUBLICITY
Foyer Assurances S.A. reserves the right to publish the name and photograph of the winners for advertising or public relations purposes, without any remuneration other than the prize awarded.
The winner may object by letter or email within 15 days of the announcement of the results.

ARTICLE 9 – COMMUNICATION
Any questions relating to the Competition should be sent by email to marketing-communication@foyer.lu.

ARTICLE 10 – DATA PROTECTION
Participants in the Competition authorise Foyer Assurances S.A. and other companies in the Foyer Group to record, store and process the data collected during participation in the draw in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the law of 1 August 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data in criminal matters and in matters of national security. The data provided by participants is strictly confidential and for the exclusive use of the Foyer Group.

Data will be retained for the duration of the Competition and for a maximum of 6 months after the prizes have been awarded to the winners. Publication on any social network will not be deleted after this 6-month period (and will remain publicly available) unless expressly requested by the winner.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, participants may request free access to their information by simple letter or email, in order to have it corrected, modified, deleted, request portability or object to its processing by the Foyer Group.

ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The courts of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Competition, although Foyer Assurances S.A. may bring the matter before any other court that would normally have jurisdiction over the participant.

ARTICLE 12 – CONSULTATION OF THE RULES
