COMPETITION RULES “KASKOU: PASS OP!”
ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISATION
Foyer Assurances S.A., a public limited company with its registered office at 12, rue Léon Laval, L‑3372 Leudelange, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B34267, is organising a competition entitled “Kaskou: Pass op!” (hereinafter the “Competition”).
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
The Competition is free of charge and without any purchase obligation. Participation is personal, nominative and limited to players aged 18 or over.
Only one entry per player will be accepted per game period.
To participate, simply complete the form available on the website (https://www.foyer.lu/en/marketing-action/contest/cfc-kaskou/).
Participation in the Competition implies full acceptance of these rules and compliance with the laws and regulations in force in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
The winner undertakes to collect the prize at the headquarters of Foyer Assurances (12, rue Léon Laval, L‑3372 Leudelange) on a working day (Monday to Friday) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
ARTICLE 3 – DURATION
The competition “Kaskou: Pass op!” will run from 15 March 2026 to 31 December 2026.
Draws will take place every Monday of the following months.
ARTICLE 4 – AMENDMENTS
Foyer Assurances S.A. reserves the right to extend, suspend or terminate the Competition at any time and without prior notice.
No liability may be incurred on this basis by participants or any other person.
ARTICLE 5 – PRINCIPLE OF THE COMPETITION
The monthly competition “Kaskou: Pass op!” allows:
- one (1) winner, chosen at random each month, to receive a scooter valued at €109 and a children’s helmet valued at €49;
- four (4) winners each month, also chosen at random, to receive a “Kaskou: Pass op!” board game.
ARTICLE 6 – AWARDING OF THE PRIZE
Winners will be selected by random draw and notified of their prize by Foyer Assurances S.A. via e‑mail.
Providing a valid e‑mail address is essential to participate in the competition.
If the winners do not come forward within five working days to confirm the prize, a new draw will be held.
Upon notification, winners have 5 days to confirm their prize by e‑mail to: marketing-communication@foyer.lu.
Foyer Assurances S.A. undertakes not to sell, exchange or communicate participants’ personal data to third parties other than other companies within the Foyer Group.
ARTICLE 7 – PRIZES
• 1 children’s scooter and 1 children’s helmet valued respectively at €109 and €49.
• 4 “Kaskou: Pass op!” board games.
The prize may not be contested, exchanged, substituted, converted into cash or replaced for any reason.
ARTICLE 8 – PROMOTION
Foyer Assurances S.A. reserves the right to publish the names and photographs of winners for advertising or public relations purposes, without further remuneration.
Any winner who objects must inform Foyer Assurances S.A. by post or by e‑mail within 15 days following the announcement of results.
ARTICLE 9 – COMMUNICATION
Any communication relating to the Competition must be sent by e‑mail to: marketing-communication@foyer.lu.
ARTICLE 10 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Participants authorise Foyer Assurances S.A. and other entities of the Foyer Group to record, store and process data collected during the Competition in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Law of 1 August 2018.
These data are strictly confidential and for the exclusive use of the Foyer Group.
Data will be stored for the duration of the Competition and for up to 6 months after prizes have been awarded.
Social media posts will remain online unless the winner expressly requests removal.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, participants may request access, rectification, deletion, portability or object to processing by writing to dataprotectionofficer@foyer.lu.
ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The courts of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the Competition.
Foyer Assurances S.A. may, however, bring the dispute before any other competent court.
ARTICLE 12 – ACCESS TO THE RULES
A copy of these rules may be obtained free of charge upon request by post to the registered office or by e‑mail to marketing-communication@foyer.lu.
They may also be consulted at any time on the website “Concours Kaskou – Foyer”.
