Competition Rules “mozaïk Campaign” From 05.10.2026 to 31.10.2026

ARTICLE 1 – Name

Foyer Assurances S.A., a public limited company with its registered office at 12, rue Léon Laval, L-3372 Leudelange, Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B34267, organises the competition entitled “mozaïk Campaign” on the Foyer website at: www.foyer.lu.

ARTICLE 2 – Duration

The “mozaïk Campaign” competition will run from 5 October 2026 to 1 November 2026.

ARTICLE 3 – Participation and Competition Procedure

Participation in the competition is personal, non-transferable and restricted to individuals aged 18 years or over.

Only one entry per participant will be accepted throughout the duration of the competition. Participation in this competition implies full acceptance of these rules and compliance with the laws and regulations in force in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must, during the competition period:

  1. Take out a mozaïk home insurance policy with Foyer between 05.10.2026 and 31.10.2026;
  2. Be at least 18 years old;
  3. Have a primary or secondary residence in Luxembourg;
  4. Complete the participation form available at: https://www.foyer.lu/fr/action-marketing/lp/mozaik/

Only persons who satisfy these conditions during the competition period will be considered participants and eligible to win a prize.

Participation will only be recorded once the insurance subscription has been validated and the participation form has been duly completed and received. Cancelled, incomplete or non-compliant subscriptions are not eligible.

Employees of Foyer Group (Foyer Assurances, Foyer Vie, Raiffeisen Vie, Foyer Distribution, Nexfin, CapitalatWork, Wealins, Luxempart and Global Health), as well as persons living in the same household as a Foyer Group employee, are excluded from participating in this competition. These persons are not eligible to receive a prize.

ARTICLE 4 – Competition Principle and Prize Allocation

The “mozaïk Campaign” competition offers participants the chance to win one HIFI International Luxembourg gift voucher worth €1,000 (one thousand euros).

The winner will be selected by random draw and notified by email by Foyer Assurances S.A. Following notification, the winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by email to marketing-communication@foyer.lu no later than Friday 6 November 2026 at 12:00 noon (Luxembourg time).

The prize draw will take place:

  • On 2 November 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
  • At the registered office of Foyer Assurances, 12, rue Léon Laval, L-3372 Leudelange

If the winner does not respond within the specified deadline or is found to be ineligible, a new draw will be carried out one week later, on 9 November 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

The gift voucher must be collected by the winner from the registered office of Foyer Assurances (12, rue Léon Laval, L-3372 Leudelange) during opening hours, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

The prize awarded may not be challenged in any way, nor exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation, nor replaced or exchanged for any reason whatsoever.

ARTICLE 5 – Amendments

Foyer Assurances S.A. reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to extend, suspend or cancel the competition referred to in Article 1.

Neither participants nor any other person may hold Foyer Assurances S.A. liable for such actions.

ARTICLE 6 – Promotion

The prospective winner is informed that Foyer Assurances S.A. may publish their name and photograph on its Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages for advertising and public relations purposes, without any remuneration other than the prize won.

The winner may object to such use for advertising or public relations purposes and must notify Foyer Assurances S.A. within 15 days of the announcement of the results, either by post addressed to the Marketing Department, 12 rue Léon Laval, L-3372 Leudelange, or by email to marketing-communication@foyer.lu.

ARTICLE 8 – Protection of Personal Data

Participants authorise Foyer Assurances S.A. and the other companies of the Foyer Group to record, store and process electronically the data collected during participation in the prize draw, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Luxembourg Law of 1 August 2018 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data in criminal matters and matters of national security. The data provided by participants are strictly confidential and intended exclusively for use by the Foyer Group.

The data will be retained for a maximum period of two years following the end of the competition for commercial prospecting purposes. Participants will have the option to unsubscribe from each communication received. It is, however, specified that any social media publication relating to the competition will not be removed at the end of this two-year period and will remain publicly accessible unless the winner expressly requests its deletion.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, participants may, free of charge and by simple letter or email, request access to their personal data, have them corrected, amended, deleted, transferred, or object to their processing by the Foyer Group.

ARTICLE 9 – Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The relationship between Foyer Assurances S.A. and participants in the “mozaïk Campaign” competition shall be governed by Luxembourg law.

The courts of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this competition. However, Foyer Assurances S.A. reserves the right to bring proceedings before any other court that would otherwise have jurisdiction over the participant.

ARTICLE 10 – Availability of the Rules

These competition rules are available free of charge upon request throughout the duration of the competition, either by post addressed to Foyer Assurances, whose registered office is located at 12, rue Léon Laval, L-3372 Leudelange, or by email at:
