Today and in the last few days, several Foyer customers have received a fraudulent e-mail, claiming to be from Foyer.lu, telling them that an invoice has been paid twice and inviting them to click on a link to be refunded.
WARNING, this is a "phishing" attack. This is a pretext to steal your personal data and in particular your sensitive data. Do not respond to this fraudulent e-mail, do not click on any activated links and do not give out your personal or bank details.
Foyer is not the author of this fraudulent message, which comes from a platform outside our IT environment, and Foyer has no way of intercepting the sending of these messages.
We would like to point out that the phishing e-mail is not based on any customer data stored by Foyer, as no third party has had or will have access to our customer data. It is random personal data that is not the result of a data breach stored on our servers. There is no risk concerning your personal data stored with us.
