How do I submit my auto claim?

You have several possibilities:

  1. Submit your claim directly to your Foyer insurance agent.
  2. Pre-submit your claim from your Customer Space or MyFoyer app. Your agent will contact you to complete your submission.
  3. Send an email to sinistres-auto@foyer.lu or call the Foyer auto department on 437 43 2140.
