How do I request my insurance certificate?

In my Customer Area, I can request certificates related to my policies by going to the “Documents” tab and then clicking “Request a certificate”.

Here is the list of certificates available on request:

Health cover certificate
Auto insurance (risk) certificate
Home insurance certificate
Accompanied driving certificate
Certificate of third-party liability insurance concerning pets
Certification of third-party liability insurance concerning hunting Europe | France | Germany | Belgium | Luxembourg | Outside Europe
Healthcare travel certificate
No-claims bonus

After submitting my request, I will find my certificate in this same tab.
