Contern International Comic Book Festival Awards Ceremony

Foyer was proud to participate in the Contern International Comic Book Festival for its 10th edition on the 15^th and 16^th of July.

By visiting the Foyer stand, 8,000 comic book enthusiasts were able to win a variety of prizes by spinning the wheel of fortune.

Visitors were also able to participate in the contest “Draw your dream house or car”, which included prizes such as a trip to Brussels for four people with a visit to the Belgian Comic Strip Center, an annual subscription to a magazine of their choice or cinema tickets.

The contest was open to everyone and was a great success. After the festival, all the drawings were published on Foyer's Facebook page. The three drawings with the most likes won the contest.

Helena Ferreira, Head of Sponsoring and Event Manager at Foyer, welcomed the winners during a reception at the Foyer's head office. The awards ceremony ended with drinks.

Luca Paiva, who celebrated his ninth birthday during the week of the prize draw, was pleasantly surprised that he won a trip to Brussels for four and tickets to the Belgian Comic Strip Center.

Victoria Wise chose an annual subscription that will let her experience Winnie the Pooh's adventures first hand.

Françoise Denoël will be able to invite her friends and family to the cinema.

Foyer has set a date for July 2018 and hopes to welcome visitors again for more festival surprises.
