Mam Vëlo op d'Schaff

The awareness campaign “Mam Vëlo op d'Schaff", organised by Verkéiersverbond, the Luxembourg transport community, is already celebrating its tenth anniversary. The campaign is intended to motivate both young people and professionals to cycle between their home and their school or place of work at least 15 times between 15th May and 31st July.

So get your bike and take part in this initiative to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Last year, at least 1,915 cyclists took part, cycling a total of 504,561 km and saving 112,391 tonnes of CO2 from being released into the environment.

It is easy to take part:

- Get together a team of 2 to 4 people
- Sign up on www.mvos.lu
- Cycle at least 15 times
- Win prizes from various sponsors

This awareness campaign focuses on participation rather than performance.
