New regulation relating to the protection of personal data came into effect on 25 May 2018. This regulation is called the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR.

What is the GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the new European reference text for the protection of personal data. It strengthens and unifies data protection for individuals in the European Union.

How does this affect you?

As part of our Group's sale of insurance products, we process personal data about you. This new regulation imposes a set of provisions and obligations that data processing managers must respect. Moreover, this regulation grants you a set of rights.
