On 9 February 2009, The Foyer Group has announced its acquisition of the CapitalatWork Group, an asset management company operating in Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Spain.

As a result of this acquisition, which is already underway, the Foyer Group’s private asset management division has assets under management of nearly EUR 3.7 billion.

Thanks to the expertise and motivation of over 120 staff, it further expands its business activities and responds to the wealth management expectations of its clients.
